Today, I am at Fox Honda for an oil change and want to relate to you an experience I had with one of your employees here, Pat Campbell. About two weeks ago I was shopping at the Meijer on Cascade when I realized I had left my car keys in the car on the front seat and the car was locked. It was a hurried busy day for me and no one at home to bring my other set of car keys. I then called Fox Honda and described my dilemma. Pat was on the line and I inquired if there was a possibility of a remote control unlocking of my door. She said there was not but she could have a key made to unlock my door. She did that and brought it right over to Meijer for me. Now that is my idea of a caring and devoted professional. She saved me from so much aggravation in such a gracious manner. She is my idea of "Employee of the Year". I just thought you should hear about this.
P.S. My husband has a Nissan from Fox Nissan and they have been great too.
